“Alice” actress Linda Lavin doesn’t want to own a Central Park South apartment anymore. The Tony-winning actress and her husband, actor Steven Bakunas, have listed the  one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op for $1.25 million, Luxury Listings reports.

The couple bought the Manhattan apartment in 2008 for $949,000. It features a spacious entry foyer, upgraded kitchen, and six custom closets. They also own a one-bedroom unit across the hall for which they paid $975,000 in 2012.

In a 2014, New York Times profile, Lavin said she uses one apartment for “daytime living area and rehearsal space,” and the other for nighttime TV watching and sleeping, though the story didn’t say which apartment is used for which activity.

Lavin, who won a Tony Award in 1987 for her starring role in “Broadway Bound,” is best known for her title role performance as a waitress and singer in “Alice,” the CBS sitcom that ran from 1976 to 1985. The show was based on the Martin Scorsese–directed film “Alice Doesn’t Live Here Anymore.”

Here’s a fun fact: The 35-story Central Park South building, known for its curved façade, was developed in the 1960s by Bernard Spitzer, father of former New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer.
