It was a banner week for luxury listings on realtor.com®. The “cheapest” of this week’s five most exorbitant new listings is priced at a staggering $43.9 million. And yes, that was the bargain hunter’s selection.

No matter how you slice it, this week saw a rush of megaproperties hit the multiple listing service. We did some simple addition and carried the one—the combined price tag of our five priciest properties is $414,900,000. Regardless of where the real estate market is headed, the luxury market seems to be feeling just fine.

A $175 million estate in Southern Connecticut took the crown this week. Other big-ticket treasures included a former medical building on NYC’s Upper East Side now being marketed as an enormous private residence, a Hamptons estate where a buyer will be neighbors with Jerry Seinfeld, and golfer Greg Norman‘s 11,000-acre Colorado ranch.

Scroll down for the full rundown of pricey properties.

1. Great Island Rd, Darien, CT

Price: $175,000,000 ($13,352 per square foot)
Luxe factor: Who wouldn’t want a great island? Known as Great Island, this 63-acre spread is on the market for the first time in over a century, according to the Wall Street Journal. Connected to the mainland of the Southern Connecticut coast, the estate overlooking Long Island Sound isn’t technically an island. However, it stands alone as the second most expensive home currently listed in the country, right behind Florida’s $195 million mansion.

2. 50 E 69th St, New York City, NY

Price: $72,000,000 ($3,417 per square foot)
Luxe factor: This seven-floor structure on the Upper East Side was known as the Center for Specialty Care until the surgical facility closed its doors in June. Today, the century-old building is being marketed as a stand-alone mansion. With over 20,000 square feet of space, it’s a (very big) blank canvas for a buyer with deep pockets.

3. 290 Further Ln, East Hampton, NY

Price: $69,000,000 ($6,900 per square foot)
Luxe factor: Just a house or two over from Jerry Seinfeld‘s Hamptons mansion, this magnificent oceanfront estate belonged to the late investment banker James Marcus. The seven-bedroom home on over 6 acres of land “captures the wit and classic elegance of the Hamptons,” according to the listing.

4. 36843 County Road 17, Meeker, CO

Price: $55,000,000 ($3,955 per square foot)
Luxe factor: It’s golfer Greg Norman‘s classic Colorado ranch. Marketed as a sportsman’s paradise, the property spans over 11,000 acres about three hours north of Aspen. There’s no place to practice your short game, but a buyer won’t be bored—fly-fishing, horseback riding, and Nordic skiing are just three of the athletic endeavors available here.

5. 1231 Lago Vista Dr, Beverly Hills, CA

Price: $43,900,000 ($3,097 per square foot)
Luxe factor: Brand-new in Beverly Hills, this sleek seven-bedroom home is looking for its first owner. Designed with outdoor spaces in mind, the home flows seamlessly between the interior and exterior. We’re in love with the floating wine cellar—a feature that’s fast becoming de rigueur in luxury SoCal spec homes.
