Trey Songz Pulls the Trigga on a .45M Bell Canyon Mansion
Musician Trey Songz is the brand-new owner of a Bell Canyon, CA, contemporary, which he purchased in late June for $3.45 million, the Los Angeles Times reports.
Built in 2013, the 1-acre property boasts mountain views and sits on a cul-de-sac in a gated community. The 7,800-square-foot main house has five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. The white kitchen opens to a family room with a fireplace set within a herringbone-patterned stone wall.
The master suite features a fireplace, stone bath, and balcony overlooking the pool. There’s also a 900-square-foot guesthouse, which could be turned into a sweet recording studio. The outdoor space features a tennis court, kitchen, and play yard.
Located in Ventura County, Bell Canyon is a secluded and quiet community just a few miles north of Hidden Hills. While nearby Hidden Hills and Calabasas steal local housing headlines thanks to the Kardashian clan, Bell Canyon is low-key in comparison. Songz’s June purchase was the highest price paid for a home in the 91307 ZIP code in the past six months. Currently, the most expensive listing in Bell Canyon is a $3 million mansion.
Songz, born Tremaine Aldon Neverson, is a singer and songwriter who’s sold about 14 million records worldwide. His single “Bottoms Up” featured rapper Nicki Minaj, and his albums include “Trigga,” “Chapter V,” and “Trey Day.”
