It’s impossible difficult to describe an $85 million mansion as a steal, but we managed to do it anyway. Yay?

That “bargain” mansion, once owned by SoCal developer and supermodel progenitor Mohamed Hadid, is this week’s most-clicked property on realtor.com®. Bella and Gigi must be so proud!

How did we reach the conclusion that this place is a bargain? Well, the home known as La Belvedere is only $2,200 per square foot, while the mansion next door is asking $3,500 per square foot and sitting on a smaller lot!

No matter the semantics of “bargain,” Hadid’s house racked up twice as many clicks as our second-place finisher—a home listed for one-thousandth of the price in Waco, TX.

We also saw a few more below-$100,000 homes slip onto this week’s list. There’s a $55,000 Michigan home in need of a little TLC and a $60,000 home near Vegas in need of a lot of TLC.

That said, there’s plenty of glamour to balance out these wallet-friendly options. Scroll down for the full scoop…

10. 610 W Park Ave, Weatherford, TX

Price: $374,900
Why it’s here: This midcentury classic in North Texas was sold in May for $249,900. After some renovations, it reappeared on the market three months later for $398,000. Since then, the price has been slashed a few times. This Atomic Age gem is still waiting on a buyer.

Why it’s here: Known as the Sword Gate, this nine-bedroom mansion dates to the early 1800s. It offers a blend of modern conveniences along with Southern charm. Some of the home’s wallpaper choices are interesting, but we love the overall look of the place.

7. 443 Ainsworth Cir, Ypsilanti, MI

Price: $55,000
Why it’s here: Here’s proof that nice homes are available for five-figure price tags. Of course, it could use a few updates, but it’s only $28 per square foot, so a buyer should be able to afford new flooring.

6. 1100 Paradise Resort Dr, Henderson, NV

Price: $60,000
Why it’s here: It’s a sad state of affairs. The exterior of this three-bedroom home near Vegas looks fine, but the interior is covered with graffiti and is a massive mess. The city currently sports a median list price of $330,000, which means this flip-worthy home could be a contractor’s dream.

Why it’s here: Listing agent Ruben Lujan credits a compelling video of this foreclosed home for the extreme interest. He said he shared the video on Facebook and wound up showing the home to over 30 potential buyers. No offer has been written yet, but Lujan expects a deal relatively soon, thanks to the home’s great location.

3. 10704 S Holmes Rd, Colorado Springs, CO

Price: $1,500,000
Why it’s here: It has to be the photos. Don’t get us wrong—the house is gorgeous. But the pictures display a dreamy winter wonderland filled with holiday decor inside and a dusting of snow outside. It’s impossible to see this home and not want to curl up next to the fireplace.

2. 818 Hines St, Waco, TX

Price: $89,900
Why it’s here: Agent Holly Parker told this affordable classic is “priced very reasonably.” We’ve seen a spike in searches on the Waco area due to the HGTV show “Fixer Upper,” which is based there. However, Parker said the reason for this property’s popularity is its proximity to Baylor University.

1. 630 Nimes Rd, Los Angeles, CA

Price: $85,000,000
Why it’s here: If you’ve watched “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” you’re familiar with this house. We may have caught an episode or two. Don’t judge us!

The extravagant mansion was built by Mohamed Hadid, dad to supermodels Gigi and Bella and ex-husband of “RHOBH” cast member Yolanda Foster.

After living in it for a few years, Hadid sold the home, known as La Belvedere, to investors for $50 million in 2012. Those buyers rented the house back to Hadid, who never truly left his creation. Until now. The buyers from 2012 are now ready to part with the 10-bedroom home, which features a Moroccan-inspired room, Turkish hummam, and swan pond.
