Brisbane Lions captain Dayne Beams has sold his Brisbane home for $1.950 after listing it for sale last month.
The former Collingwood premiership player purchased the contemporary Balmoral home at 19 Wright St, in 2015 after joining the Lions.
Records show he forked out $1.875 million at the time for the four-bedroom, three-
bathroom property which is on the side of Balmoral Hill.
It has impressive city views, a cinema with all the mod-cons imaginable, a salt water pool
with waterfall, and a gazebo next to grass for kids to kick a footy.
Ray White East Brisbane agent Tony O’Doherty refused to comment on last week’s sale saying he wanted to “respect the owners and the sellers privacy”.
Mr O’Doherty is no stranger to buying and selling real estate connected to high-profile
athletes.
At the end of last year, he sold Brisbane properties to Australian cricket stars Usman
Khawaja and Ryan Harris.
