Balthazar Getty Selling M Hollywood Hills Compound

Actor Balthazar Getty and his wife, fashion designer Rosetta, have listed their Los Angeles estate for nearly $9.85 million, according to The Real Deal.

The contemporary compound in the Hollywood Hills neighborhood sits on a flat ridge overlooking the Los Angeles Basin according to the listing.

The six-bedroom, 11-bath compound features open spaces, high ceilings, and gallery walls. The formal living room has floor-to-ceiling bookcases, a fireplace, and eye-popping views.

A chef’s kitchen/family room, which has a center island, opens to the back, where there’s a pool, cooking area, and entertainment lounge.

The compound comes with a four-room guesthouse and private access to miles of hiking trails.

Getty, 42, whose great-grandfather was oil baron J. Paul Getty, is best known for his TV roles in “Alias” and “Brothers & Sisters.” His wife, Rosetta Millington Getty, is a former model.
