Pound for pound, light heavyweight Sergey Kovalev is one of the best boxers in the world. Now the pugilist is weighing in on the real estate market. His luxe Sherman Oaks home is up for sale for $2.15 million.

The five-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, 4,460-square-foot house is located in a gated community. The tony neighborhood has been home to other A-listers, including Paula Abdul, the Olsen twins, and Yasiel Puig.

“It’s on a hill, on a private driveway,” said listing agent Gayane Yaffa. “For some people who want to be on a quiet neighborhood where no one will disturb them, this is the right place to live.”

Inside, Kovalev turned his living room into a trophy room, where his belts, pictures, and robes from his past fights are displayed. And like his accolades in the ring, the rest of his house is fit for a champion—especially his bedroom.

“The master bedroom is really gorgeous,” Yaffa said. “When you open the automatic screen, you can see the views of the [San Fernando] Valley, to Sherman Oaks, to Ventura.”

The views of Southern California are visible in almost every room—from the living room to the master bedroom, according to Yaffa. Outside, there’s a pool and spa with a stone waterfall.

Kovalev and his family acquired the house two years ago, then commissioned an extensive remodel of the property, estimated at $300,000.

At just a little over $2 million, the cost of the house roughly equals Kovalev’s take-home purse in his November fight against Andre Ward. Kovalev put his WBA, WBO, and IBF light heavyweight titles on the line against Ward—and in a controversial bout, Ward took Kovalev’s belts through a unanimous decision.

And for the same amount that Kovalev earned in 48 minutes, you can pick up his knockout home.
