Former NSYNC member Chris Kirkpatrick is finally saying “Bye Bye Bye” to his Orlando, FL, home, which he just sold for $1.69 million.

The 46-year-old boy bander had initially placed his lakefront estate on the market in December 2015 for $2.3 million. When it failed to entice a buyer, the price was first cut to $2.2 million in 2016, then whittled down to $2.1 million in June 2017, and finally lowered to $1.9 million in November. That was clearly in the right range, as it sold just a month later.

While the five-bedroom, 4.5-bath, 6,314-square-foot home has plenty of perks, it also had some design choices that would probably only interest a specific buyer, or a major boy-band fan. The home theater comes to mind, which looks like the interior of a circus tent.

Still, the home hits a high note. The three-story contemporary has water views from almost every room, and includes an open floor plan, walls of windows, and soaring ceilings. The dining room includes a custom-designed “rain wall” for “dramatic dining,” as the listing description puts it.

The kitchen opens to a family room with a 12-foot floor-to-ceiling window for enjoying nightly sunsets and fireworks.

The entire lower level is entertainment central, complete with music room, recording studio, media room, two game rooms, home theater, and party room with wet bar. Sliding glass doors lead to a lakefront covered terrace with tropical landscape, large pool, grotto, and waterfall.

The singer, dancer, actor, and voiceover artist was a founding member of NSYNC, along with megastar Justin Timberlake. The teen idols with their matching outfits and synchronized dance moves sold over 70 million records, making them one of the top-selling boy bands in history.

While Kirkpatrick has never achieved the star status of JT, he has had another career in his own right. The Pennsylvania native voices numerous kids shows, including Chip Skylark on the long-running Nickelodeon show “The Fairly OddParents.” He also guest-starred on “The Simpsons” as himself.
