Former UFC CEO Lorenzo Fertitta is tapping out of his Villanova, PA, home. If you’d like to step inside, the list price of the home is $2.5 million. The Las Vegas–based businessman purchased the brand-new Colonial in 2015 for $1.7 million, property records show.
The two-story home is a little over a mile away from Villanova University, where Fertitta’s oldest son attended college and played for the football team. And befitting the Fertitta family, the home up for sale is a winner.
The 5,000-square-foot house is move-in ready and has five bedrooms and 5.5 baths. It also features an open-plan kitchen with center island, marble counters, and access to a butler’s pantry. Adjacent to the kitchen are the dining room and screened-in back porch. The family room has a coffered ceiling and gas fireplace. Also on the main level are a formal living room and an office with built-in bookcases. The owner’s suite and four more en suite bedrooms are located on the second floor.

The massive lower level would be a dream for any college student with time to hang out with friends, with a media room, game room, rec room, full bathroom, and storage. Other notable details include a staircase with window seat, wood flooring, and a three-car garage with oversized pantry.
Fertitta and his brother, Frank, bought the mixed martial arts promoter UFC for $2 million in 2001. They grew the business into a global behemoth and sold it in 2016 for $4 billion.
The 49-year-old counts himself on the Forbes 400 list of wealthiest Americans, with an estimated net worth of $2.2 billion. He is currently the chair of Fertitta Capital, an investment firm launched in 2017, and the director of Red Rock Resorts, a casino business founded by his father.
