Sports TV Host Colin Cowherd Shuffles His Real Estate Roster Yet Again

Fox Sports host Colin Cowherd has been actively trading real estate in Manhattan Beach, CA, for several years now. Now, he’s looking to move a home in cooler climes—his Park City, UT, mansion, which is on the market for $5.2 million.

Cowherd bought the newly built six-bedroom, five-bathroom mountain home in 2017. He listed the 6,556-square-foot residence last year for $4,900,000. Now it’s back on the market at an even higher price.

There’s a lot to love about this spacious property, and its many luxe features make it an ideal destination in both the summer and the winter.
