Kevin Nealon Finally Sells His Pacific Palisades Home for .85M
Former “Saturday Night Live” cast member Kevin Nealon has finally sold his Pacific Palisades home, according to the Los Angeles Times. The deal closed for $4.85 million.
Nealon and his wife, Susan Yeagley, had purchased the Los Angeles–area property for $3.45 million in 2010. In 2016, they listed the seriously nice home for $5.3 million. In 2018, after multiple price cuts, the home was further reduced to just under $5 million.
Close to Palisades Village and the beach, the home sits on a corner lot in El Medio Bluffs. It has three levels, seven bedrooms, and six bathrooms.
Behind the Tiffany blue door of the designer Georgian you’ll find classical interiors with contemporary flair.
The 5,244-square-foot layout layout includes a formal living room and dining room. The chef’s kitchen is equipped with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, a 12-foot center island, and an eight-foot peninsula. The kitchen opens out to a family room and media area.
The lower level, which has outdoor access, includes a kitchenette, three bedrooms, and a lounge. There’s also a spacious master suite with a fireplace and deck, an office, and an outdoor kitchen.
The 65-year-old was part of the “SNL” cast from 1986 to 1995. He also anchored the “Weekend Update” segment of the broadcast, signing off with “And that’s news to me.” In addition, he starred in the Showtime series “Weeds” and appeared in movies such as “Anger Management” and “Daddy Day Care.” The stand-up comic can be seen performing his act this summer.
