Rent Sofia Vergara’s Fab Los Angeles Condo for ,200 a Month

“Modern Family” star Sofía Vergara—one of the highest-paid actresses in the world—is staying busy in the real estate world. She’s now leasing her Los Angeles condo for $10,200 a month.

The pristine pad, located on the ninth floor of a luxury high-rise, was last up for rent in 2015 for $7,200 a month.

The actress purchased the upscale unit in 2007 for $1.1 million, property records show. It appears she placed it briefly on the market for $1.35 million in 2011. 

However, perhaps the shrewd businesswoman, with a Kmart clothing line and multiple endorsement deals, decided that the condo brought a better return as an investment property. After all, as the listing description promises, the unit “will appeal to your most discerning clients.”

The impeccably renovated unit has been remodeled with “the finest quality in finishes and craftsmanship.” The open space includes a huge living room with walls of windows, a dining area, and an adjoining kitchen with high-end appliances. The perch features wood floors and “spectacular city views.” 

With 2,071 square feet, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms, the layout features a master suite with an enormous walk-in closet, a huge bath, and a glamorous three-way mirror when you’re ready for your close-up.

Tenants will also enjoy full-service building amenities, such as 24-hour security, valet parking, concierge, gym, pool, and sauna. 

One of the top-earning stars in television, the 47-year-old’s traffic-stopping good looks and comedic timing have earned her spots on movies such as “Chef,” “Hot Pursuit,” and “The Emoji Movie.”  For the past decade, she has played Gloria Delgado-Pritchett on “Modern Family,” which has garnered her multiple award nominations.
