Allen Iverson Ready to Sell Georgia Mansion at a M Loss

NBA legend Allen Iverson has priced his Alpharetta, GA, mansion to sell. The prolific point guard has listed his ornate home outside Atlanta for $1.14 million. He had bought the property for $2.19 million in 2006.

Iverson lost a different Atlanta-area home to foreclosure in 2013. According to Curbed, Iverson claimed his then-estranged wife bought the home without his knowledge to place him under financial stress. The couple later reconciled, and Iverson lavished praise on her during his 2016 Basketball Hall of Fame induction speech.

Relationship status aside, Iverson is hot to pass this home to a new buyer, dishing up a golden opportunity for a buyer looking for a huge, formal Atlanta mansion at a bargain price.

Built in 2005, the seven-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom home is a slam dunk for someone who wants to host large gatherings.
