Remember that apartment complex branded under British automobile manufacturer Aston Martin? It now has an official price tag.

Prices for units at the Aston Martin Residences, a 390-unit condominium behemoth at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way in Miami, are now available.

The project’s developer, G and G Business Developments, released the schedule in response to conflicting reports about the apartments’ pricing.

The smallest units, which span 698 square feet, will start at USD2 million or USD2,865 per square foot, while larger units will fetch USD8.5 million. Penthouses go up to USD50 million.

Such asking prices place the Aston Martin condos in a league of their own. The similarly luxe condo project One Thousand Museum, designed by the late Zaha Hadid, asks an average of only USD1,287 per square foot, South Florida Business Journal pointed out. The average price for new condos in greater downtown Miami is USD685 per square foot.

Towering for 66 storeys, Aston Martin Residences will have a two-storey fitness centre with ocean views, an infinity pool on the 55th floor, and a private yacht marina.
