ផ្លូវជាតិលេខ ៥១ ក្លាយជាផ្លូវក្រវ៉ាត់ក្រុងបណ្តុំដោយរោងចក្រ និងសហគ្រាសខ្នាតធំ ដោយ ហ្សូលី ភ្នំពេញ៖ ផ្លូវជាតិលេខ ៥១ មានចម្ងាយប្រមាណជាង១៨គីឡូម៉ែត្រពីទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ (គិតពីចោមចៅ ទៅផ្សារថ្នល់ទទឹង) បានក្លាយជាផ្លូវក្រវ៉ាត់ក្រុងដែលបណ្តុំដោយរោងចក្រ និងសហគ្រាសខ្នាតធំជាច្រើននាំគ្នាទៅវិនិយោគ។ ផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៥១នេះតភ្ជាប់ពីផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៤ ត្រង់ចំណុចថ្នល់ទទឹងទៅផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៥ចំណុចផ្សារឧដុង្គ ដែលមានប្រវែង៣៧.៩៥គីឡូម៉ែត្រ ដែលបច្ចុប្បន្នកំពុងបង្ហាញពីសក្ដានុពលអភិវឌ្ឍ និងភាពទាក់ទាញយ៉ាងខ្លាំងជាមួយនឹងកត្តាប្រជាសាស្រ្ត ភូមិសាស្រ្ត រួមទាំងគម្រោងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍នានាជាច្រើន។ ដោយសារវិស័យឧស្សាហកម្មជម្រុញឱ្យតំបន់នេះប្រែក្លាយជា តំបន់សេដ្ឋកិច្ចពាណិជ្ជកម្ម អាស្រ័យលើការដឹកជញ្ជូន ដែលអំណោយផលដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋក្នុងតំបន់ប្រកបមុខរបរ ជូញដូរជាដើម។ ប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលសមាគមអ្នកជំនាញអចលនទ្រព្យកម្ពុជា (CREA) លោក ឃាង ពុទ្ធី បានលើកឡើងថា ផ្លូវ៥១ជាផ្លូវតំបន់ឧស្សាហកម្ម ដោយសារហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធផ្លូវ៥១ ជាផ្លូវក្រវ៉ាត់ក្រុងមានទំនាក់ទំនង ជាមួយផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៥តទៅផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៤ ធ្លុះទៅដល់ផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៣…
