Most of the big developments in the country include rooftop pools, as do many serviced apartments in BKK1. But for those of you who don’t have that luxury, we’ve got you covered.

DIB Club
This massive pool is perhaps the largest one in Phnom Penh. Heck, there’s even an island in the middle. It’s got a kid’s area and plenty of cabana tables. Located on Koh Pich, it’s adjacent to a driving range and soccer fields.
Needless to say, the place is usually packed with families on the weekend. There’s no fee if you buy $5 or more in food and drinks per person. They may charge you extra for towels, however. If you want a place for a group gathering or a lazy day of swimming and tanning, this could be the place. Rambutan Resort
If the family-friendly scene of DIB Club isn’t really your style, head over to BKK1’s Rambutan Resort. Their saltwater pool area is adults only and has an artsy, quiet vibe. They’ve also got a well-stocked bar and a full menu.
A day here will cost $8 but buy an entree with a drink and the fee will be waived. The mini waterfall is also a great place to snap a photo. In general, BKK1, 2, and 3 is where most expats choose to live in Cambodia.

National Olympic Stadium Pool
As the only full Olympic-sized pool in the country, this is where you’ll want to go to do serious training in the water. This outdoor pool is 50 metres long and it costs less than a dollar for a day pass.
If it still isn’t up to your standards, no worries. There are plans in the works for an updated $2 million indoor facility. What’s more that will be free to use.

Eden’s 3Mangos
Tucked inside a BKK1 villa is this unassuming bar and guesthouse. Operated by a Britsh expat, this place feels like a neighbourhood oasis. Swimming pool is on the small side but they also have a pool table, lounge area and TVs playing the sports channels.
They don’t charge to use the pool if you buy food or drinks. Plus, if you’re looking to chow on some British fare after taking a dip this is definitely the place to go.

Aquarius Hotel
The pool here is picturesque. Salt water, glass walled, rooftop infinity pool. What more do you need to say? Oh yes, sky bar, maybe?
