A “Father of the Bride” house, though not the only “Father of the Bride” house, has hit the Alhambra, CA, market for just shy of $2 million.

This classic Colonial was built in Southern California in 1925 and features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, formal dining room, walnut-paneled den, and center-island kitchen.

Even if you’re not planning to hold any nuptials in the backyard, the home’s curb appeal is readily apparent thanks to the beautiful front lawn, shady trees, columns on the front porch, and classic shutters on every window. Listing agent Ann Gluck told SFGate.com, “The house is gorgeous—a great character home, great family home.”

There’s also an income opportunity afoot: A cunning buyer could rent out the home’s one-bedroom guesthouse and market it to fans of the sweet ’90s comedy.

In 1991’s “Father of the Bride” remake, the house stars alongside Steve Martin as the father and Kimberly Williams-Paisley as the young bride. It’s where the bride held her over-the-top reception—complete with swans— and where father and daughter played driveway basketball games.

The home’s facade, however, was portrayed by two houses. The Alhambra home hosted the basketball and wedding scenes; and a Pasadena, CA, house played the front façade.
