You don’t have to be initiated or take a blood oath to check out the home’s cool listing photos. The lodge is ready to welcome its next member—the 11,000-square-foot building with a vintage aesthetic and a bargain-basement price is pending sale.

If fraternal organizations aren’t your thing, this week’s runner-up is just as appealing. A sprawling A-frame in South Carolina is an ideal vacation spot. Near the water with lake views, the rustic retreat sleeps 12 and features lots of windows.

Other homes grabbing your clicks this week included a New Orleans gem located on the Mardi Gras route, a sweetly renovated abode in Alabama, and a gorgeous Queen Anne Victorian in Virginia.
