Ready to return to the San Diego Chargers for his second stint as the team’s offensive coordinator, former Tennessee Titans head coach Ken Whisenhunt is selling his $1.26 million, five-bedroom Hilton Head escape.

Whisenhunt played four seasons for the Atlanta Falcons as a tight end before beginning his coaching journey at Vanderbilt in 1995. Over his 20-year-plus coaching career, he notably served as head coach for the Titans and the Arizona Cardinals, where he led the Cards to Super Bowl XLIII.

His South Carolina home is certainly a winner. With 2,646 square feet, the space is a dream retreat for a relaxing vacation, with plenty of space to bring your children or best friends along—there are even two master suites.

Centrally located, the home is a short drive from diners and cafés and just a skip and a hop from the sandy beaches. If you don’t feel like making the trek, relax in the small, palm tree-topped pool on the back patio, chowing down on burgers and brats grilled at the full outdoor kitchen.

Even if you can’t live in the home year-round, there are income opportunities aplenty. Whisenhunt’s home could also serve as a vacation property—and according to the listing details, it could bring in more than $50,000 over the course of a summer.
