Attention, rabid “Full House” fans: The San Francisco home made famous by this ’80s hit sitcom (and, to a vastly lesser degree, the recent Netflix spinoff, “Fuller House”) is now up for rent! So if you’ve always fantasized about moving in and reliving your fave moments from the show, here’s your chance—although it doesn’t come cheap.

The three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom Victorian home (located at 1709 Broderick St.) can be yours for a whopping $13,950 per month. The home sold for $4 million in July. The rental price may seem a bit steep, particularly when all you’re really getting is the home’s exterior (shown during the show’s opening credits); the actual show was shot on a Hollywood soundstage.

So no, you won’t get to exchange quips over the very dinner table of dad-of-three Danny Tanner (Bob Saget), brother-in-law/rock star Jesse (John Stamos), and best friend/standup comic Joey (Dave Coulier). In fact, the 2,985-square-foot home comes unfurnished, so you’ll have to re-create that “Tanner house” look yourself.

All of which begs the question of who, exactly, would be willing to cough up $13,950 a month for the privilege of renting what boils down to a famous facade?

One of the home’s listing agents, Mahesh Patki at Vanguard Properties, wouldn’t comment without the owner’s permission on how much interest the place had drummed up so far. But we’re betting they’ll be fielding a fair number of looky-loos who just want a peek at a property with such pop culture cachet. Good luck weeding those people out, guys! But will they also need a major dose of luck finding a serious renter?

Most experts we spoke to say that the high rent here alone shouldn’t be a problem. After all, this is San Francisco.

“I don’t think this is outlandishly priced. The median price for a two-bedroom, 1200-square-foot apartment in San Francisco is pushing $5,000,” says Emile L’Eplattenier, real estate analyst at Fit Small Business. “Freestanding houses, especially Victorians with lovely gardens like this one, always command insane premiums in San Francisco.”

Still, L’Eplattenier says, “this is a bit of a hard sell. Frankly, I don’t see renters, at least those with $14,000 monthly rental budgets, putting too much value in the house‘s celebrity status. Plus, the interior—the only thing tourists can’t take pictures of—wasn’t even used in the show.”

Another downside: All of those weirdly fanatical tourists/fans hovering outside the place.

“Let’s face it, that will be an annoyance,” says L’Eplattenier. “I don’t know too many people who have $14,000 budgets for rent who would enjoy people constantly hanging out on their front stoop.”

In any case, we hope the “Tanner house” finds renters who will treat this iconic home with as much love and care as we saw on the show itself.
