We’re a long way from Stars Hollow. Actress Lauren Graham, who played Lorelai Gilmore on the series “Gilmore Girls,” has let go of her charming New York City pied-à-terre, 6sqft first reported. The list price for the apartment was $825,000.

The 51-year-old purchased the home in 2014 for $570,000. So if the full asking price was paid, Graham pocketed a nice profit, even with all the updates she made to the unit.

The one-bedroom, one-bath unit in Greenwich Village has been completely renovated, and you could totally see Lorelai and her daughter, Rory (Alexis Bledel), crashing there on weekends for a girls’ getaway.

The Fifth Avenue apartment is located in a beautiful 15-story, prewar building. Completed in 1926, it was originally built as the Fifth Avenue Hotel. Now home to 419 units, the structure includes full-time door attendants, a gym, bike room, concierge, and laundry.

While Graham’s fictional character had quirky taste, in real life, her taste is more refined. The chic apartment has been redone by interior designer Eric Hughes. “No detail went unnoticed while bringing this prewar classic apartment back to life with the highest-end materials and finishes,” the listing description declares.

The small but abundantly well-lit space includes Carrara marble floors in the kitchen and bath. Wide-plank dark stained-wood floors were installed, and can be seen in the living room. Although it’s a relatively small space, the thoughtful design includes a pantry and storage space in the foyer.

One aspect that is so Lorelai: The bedroom includes a custom-built closet maximized for a major wardrobe, plus bags and shoes. Fans take note: She’s a clothes horse in real life!

The bedroom built-in also makes space for additional shelving and place for a TV or vanity.

Of course, a big selling point of the unit is its location, right in the heart of the Village, near lively shops, restaurants, and New York University, which the actress briefly attended until switching uptown to Barnard College, part of Columbia University.

Aside from the Netflix reboot of “Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life,” in which she reprised her role, Graham is also known for her part in NBC’s “Parenthood.” She played a love interest of Larry David in the most recent season of “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” appears in the TV show “Vampirina,” wrote a memoir (“Talking as Fast as I Can“), and lives in Los Angeles.
