Harry Styles Buys .71M Unit in ‘Paparazzi-Proof’ NYC Building

If you connect the dots, you’ll come to the popular conclusion that boy band heartthrob Harry Styles has bought an $8.71 million condo at 443 Greenwich St. in New York City. The reputedly “paparazzi-proof” building is reportedly also the home of Jennifer Lawrence and Justin Timberlake.

The Real Deal uncovered the news that the condo was sold to an “Hxnyc Trust,” with a trustee named Emma Spring. Styles, as it happens, has a personal assistant named Emma Spring, and Hxnyc could be interpreted as referring to Harry x NYC.

Styles’ new unit sports three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and sprawls over 3,000 square feet. It’s one of 45 loft-style condos in the building, which is a few blocks from Taylor Swift, who is rumored to have been Styles’ girlfriend.

Kitchens in the building feature coffee and cappuccino makers, high-speed ovens, and wine fridges. Other design wow factors include exposed beams and aged brass fixtures.

“Paparazzi-proof” features include drive-in, lower-level parking­ with charging stations—guarded by wrought-iron gates. And rich-folk amenities include a 71-foot indoor swimming pool, 5,000-square-foot landscaped roof terrace, private fitness studios, and Turkish bath.

Styles, 23, is a British singer/songwriter and rose to worldwide superstardom as a member of the boy band One Direction. He has now branched out as a solo artist, with his self-titled debut album dropping today. He’ll make his acting debut in the war film “Dunkirk” in July.

If you’re dying for potential face time with the pop star, two other units on his floor are available: one for $9 million, the other for $11.25 million.
