Former NFL quarterback Donovan McNabb might be close to selling his home in Chandler, AZ.

The status of the $850,000 home was recently changed to Under Contract, which often means a deal is imminent.

McNabb has split his time between this five-bedroom, four-bath estate and another house in Moorsetown, NJ—about four hours south of where he starred as a student at Syracuse University.

McNabb and his wife are listed as the owners of the 3,900-square-foot house, which has been on the market for nearly a year. They purchased the home in 2003 for just over $642,000, according to property records.

Features include a chef’s kitchen with granite countertops and upgraded cabinets. There is a fireplace in the family room and large walk-in closets in both master bedrooms. The backyard has a built-in barbecue and a heated, negative-edge pool and spa.

The move could be a signal that McNabb is ready to put Arizona in his rear-view mirror.  In 2014, he served a one-day jail sentence in Maricopa County for a 2013 DUI conviction. The following year, he was arrested again on another DUI charge after a traffic accident in Gilbert, AZ. According to reports, McNabb pleaded guilty and served an 18-day jail sentence coupled with 72 days of house arrest. The incident forced the former quarterback to resign from broadcasting jobs with Fox Sports and NBC Sports Radio.

He’s best remembered for his brilliant career with the Philadelphia Eagles, where he led the team to the Super Bowl after the 2004 season. He was a six-time Pro Bowler, and in 2013 he was inducted in the Eagles’ Hall of Fame and his No. 5 jersey has been retired by the franchise.

In July 2015, McNabb listed a Virginia mansion for $2.5 million. The home was tied to his unsuccessful stint with the Washington Redskins and wound up selling in June 2016 for $2.1 million.
