It’s So Fancy: Iggy Azalea Selling Home She Bought From Selena Gomez
It should come as no surprise that rapper Iggy Azalea has listed the home she bought in 2014 with her boyfriend at the time, Nick Young (aka Swaggy P) of the Los Angeles Lakers. The luxurious home in Tarzana, CA, is where she caught him cheating. Now she’s asking $3.6 million for it.
“I broke up with Nick because I found out he had brought other women into our home while I was away and caught them on the security footage,” the 26-year-old Aussie tweeted in June.
The home, which Azalea and Young purchased from pop star Selena Gomez for $3.45 million, understandably has bad vibes and memories for Azalea—but whoever buys it is in for a treat.
The 6,630-square-foot home is exquisitely appointed, with dark wood flooring, bay windows, and marble countertops in the chef’s kitchen. The master suite has a fireplace, walk-in closets, and french doors opening to a terrace.
There are six bedrooms, seven baths, and two half-baths total, including a one-bedroom, two-bath guesthouse that’s attached to the main house. The home, which is on a single level, is an appealing feature for young families and elderly residents alike.
The grounds include multiple fire and water features, kitchen, pool and spa, basketball court (which Swaggy P hasn’t used in some time), and grass and garden areas. The gated property is extremely private, and it still has that incriminating state-of-the-art security system, so residents don’t need to worry about what’s going on in the home while they’re gone … or do they?
Azalea has already moved on, at least careerwise. She recently released two new singles and videos in anticipation of the June release of her sophomore album, “Digital Distortion.”
Her first album, “The New Classic,” had a string of hits, including “Fancy,” “Work,” “Problem” (with Ariana Grande), and “Black Widow.”
