Judge Jeanine Pirro Will Rule on Offers for Her Discounted NY Home

Fox News host Jeanine Pirro has requested a new set of hearings on offers for her newly discounted mansion in Rye, NY. The judge’s home originally went up for sale in 2015 for $5 million, then bounced on and off the market. It’s now priced at $3.8 million.

But why didn’t the classic five-bedroom, six-bath home in an exquisite neighborhood find a buyer?

“It’s price, price, price,” says Michele Flood, listing agent with Coldwell Banker. This time Pirro is “very motivated. The price is much more market-compatible.”

The 7,882-square-foot brick home is part of the Flagler Mathews estate in Rye, a bedroom community of Manhattan. Built in 1988 on a 1.5-acre lot, it features a sunken living room, a white kitchen with blue Bahia granite from Brazil, and windows that open to patios and balconies.

There’s a pool, and behind it is a cigar hut, so a buyer can enjoy a postdinner stogie in comfort and style.

“It’s a one-of-a-kind home,” says Flood, who’s taking a second crack at selling the property.

Pirro, who is divorced with two grown children, was the first female judge to sit on the Westchester County Court bench and first female district attorney of Westchester. She now hosts her own show, “Justice With Judge Jeanine,” and offers her legal opinions on a variety of Fox News programs.
