The model and entrepreneur Karlie Kloss and her investor husband, Josh Kushner, have reportedly sold their chic condo in downtown Manhattan for $6.6 million, according to news reports.

She and Kushner (the brother of Jared Kushner, son-in-law and adviser of President Donald Trump) first listed the posh pad for $7 million in February.

The price might have seemed steep for a two-bedroom, but the unit also includes an enormous 1,120-square-foot terrace.

The couple, who married last year, purchased the apartment in 2013 for $4.5 million. So although the sale appears to have come in slightly under the asking price, the two still made a pretty profit. The couple have reportedly been searching for bigger digs.

So how does Ivanka Trump’s sister-in-law live? Let’s take a peek.

With two beds and 2.5 baths, the renovated space is located in “one of the most sought-after condominiums downtown,” according to the listing description.

It is designed by Roman and Williams, and details include walnut flooring in a herringbone pattern, “meticulous” millwork, and French doors leading to the master suite. The second bedroom functioned as a media room.

Dominated by a granite fireplace, the 28-foot living room incorporates several seating areas.

In addition, a large, eat-in kitchen has an island and walnut cabinetry. The dining space opens out to the landscaped terrace, a rare downtown find. The paved outdoor space includes a fireplace, two pergolas, and a dining area.

Residents of the building enjoy such amenities as door attendants, a gym, bike room, and private storage.

Kloss rose to fame as a fashion model and Victoria’s Secret Angel. The Instagram star is also the new host of ”Project Runway.” In addition, her interest in tech led her to start the “Kode With Klossy” camps for girls. The 34-year-old Kushner is the founder and managing partner of the investment firm Thrive Capital, and co-founder of Oscar Health. Nick Gavin and Josh Doyle of Compass represented the sellers.
