Maroon 5’s Adam Levine Selling .5M Beverly Hills Estate
Maroon 5 frontman and new papa-to-be Adam Levine is selling his freshly redone estate in Beverly Hills, CA, for $17.5 million, a nice profit (if he can get it) from his initial $4.83 million investment in 2012, Variety says.
The 3.66-acre property with Benedict Canyon views has been re-imagined by L.A. designer Mark Haddawy into a 7,100-square-foot, Mid-Century-ish residence with five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and open living and dining spaces.
“The architecture is very dramatic,” listing agent Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency told Mansion Global. “It’s been completely redone but still has a Mid-Century feel to it. It’s not like a modern house that was just finished.”
The home also features a two-story garage with an elevated lift and “speak-easy card room,” the listing says. The property sits at the end of a long, gated driveway and features a tennis court, pool, and over an acre of land.
This place isn’t the only Levine property on the market. In April, he and his wife listed their 2,800-square-foot Soho loft for $5.5 million.
Levine, who also serves as a coach on TV’s “The Voice,” and his wife Behati Prinsloo, a Victoria’s Secret model, are expecting their first child, a girl, in September.
