“Today” host Matt Lauer has found a buyer for his cottage in the North Sea area of Southampton, NY, according to Variety. The sale closed in late October for $3.5 million.

The 1,800-square-foot, three-bedroom waterfront cottage sits on just under an acre in a Hamptons community “where houses are generally passed on to the next generation,” according to the listing from Corcoran.

The home features a living room with a cathedral ceiling and fireplace, a sunny country kitchen, and an adjacent enclosed porch with glass doors.

The master bedroom sits on the main floor, and a wraparound deck overlooks the lawn, water, and dock.

The cottage sale—it hit the market in July for $3.95 million—follows Lauer’s 2016 purchase of Richard Gere’s $33 million compound near Sag Harbor, a 6-acre estate Gere named Strongheart Manor. The sale price of $3.5 million doesn’t even place the home among the 10 priciest sales to take place in the 11968 ZIP code over the past six months.

Lauer and his wife, Annette, also own Bright Side Farm, an estate and equestrian facility in the Water Mill area of the Hamptons that is currently on the market for $17 million.
