Matt LeBlanc Selling .75M Spanish-Style Villa in Pacific Palisades
Actor Matt LeBlanc—if he’s asked “How you doin’?”—might explain he’s trying to sell his 1930s Spanish-style villa in Pacific Palisades, CA, for $8.75 million.
LeBlanc, best known for his role as the dim hunk Joey Tribbiani on TV’s “Friends,” bought the 4,000-square-foot property in 2007 for $7.4 million. He has been leasing it out for almost $13,000 a month since 2012, according to Variety.
The four-bedroom, four-bathroom house, which is on the ritzy Amalfi “rim” of the Palisades Riviera, features beamed ceilings, hardwood floors, ironwork, and tile throughout. There’s also a remodeled kitchen and adjacent family room, step-down living room, and flat yard leading to a steep cliff overlooking the Santa Monica Canyon. The adjacent property (not owned by the actor) is also for sale for $9.25 million.
LeBlanc, who now plays a (presumably) more obnoxious version of himself on Showtimes’ hilarious sitcom “Episodes,” is loaded with California property. Variety says the actor also owns side-by-side homes in Encino and a 1,000-plus-acre spread in rural Santa Ynez Valley about 30 miles north of Santa Barbara.
