NFL Coaching Great Bill Cowher Selling Country Club Manse in Charlotte for .4M

For a guy who made his name as the hard-nosed coach of the Pittsburgh Steelers, Bill Cowher’s taste in real estate is incredibly refined. The Super Bowl champ is selling his stylish home in Charlotte, NC, for $2.4 million.

From its refined interiors to the immaculately manicured lawns, the property is definitely not the television-lined man cave one might expect.

Built in 2008, the four-bedroom, 4.5-bath stately home sits on the 18th fairway of the Oaks at North Ridge Country Club. Cowher attended North Carolina State University and has maintained roots in the area.

He started commuting between NYC and this home in Charlotte, but later met and married his second wife, shifting his home base to the Big Apple. He married Veronica in 2014, a musician known also known as Queen V.

Cowher, now in his 60s, was the coach of the Super Bowl XL champion Pittsburgh Steelers and voted the Associated Press NFL coach of the year during his 15 seasons with the team.

Cowher might have left Charlotte and Pittsburgh behind, but his transition to New York City offers a buyer the opportunity to snap up this stylish Charlotte home perfect for family, friends, and plenty of four-legged friends.
