North Pattaya celebrates completion of new upmarket condo
Golden Top Group now has four completed projects in the area 
Despite the current slump in Pattaya’s real estate market, one local company has reason to celebrate.
Golden Top Group, one of the leading luxury developers in the area, recently announced the completion of its fourth project, City Garden Tropicana, located on Naklua Soi 16/1 in Wong Amat.
The 188-unit project boasts 24-hour security, three infinity pools, a fully equipped fitness room, a large rooftop garden with views of Wong Amat beach, and free Wi-Fi service.
Units offered include studio, one- and two-bedroom condominiums, ranging from 23 sqm to 77 sqm. Each unit comes with a European style kitchen and bathroom.

Global Top Group sales director Philip Thompson and sales executive Honda Dusadeeporn presented the completed project at the end of May in a tropical themed party attended by local media.
“Our continued success is nothing without the support of our customers and media partners,” they said in a statement.
While some analysts think there is an oversupply of condo units in Pattaya, the projected increase in Chinese property investment could turn around the market.
In addition, there are several infrastructure projects on the Eastern Seaboard – such as a new ferry pier for the Pattaya-Pranburi route and a high-speed train proposal from Bangkok to Rayong – could contribute to the residential market’s recovery.
