Chumlee of “Pawn Stars” has sold his party palace in Las Vegas for $1,383,700. The house spent nearly two years on the market and had several price reductions. The sale price is nearly a half-million dollars off the original asking price of $1,849,900.

The home was raided by police in 2016 and Chumlee, whose given name is Austin Lee Russell, was charged with possession of drugs and firearms. He agreed to a plea deal and was placed on three years’ probation. Since the incident, Chumlee has had weight loss surgery and opened a vintage candy shop, Chumlee’s Candy, in Las Vegas.

The 2-acre property is located just off the Las Vegas Strip. It includes a 13,000-square-foot, nine-bedroom, eight-bathroom main home; a guesthouse; and a large pool area. Other features include a movie-game room and a lounge famously referenced in the 2016 police report as the “Chum Chum Room with Dance Pole.” The home also comes with a walk-in vault.

The property also has room for vehicle and toy storage with an attached RV garage with three oversize doors.

In addition to manning the counter at the candy store, the slimmed-down reality TV star got engaged last summer. Let’s hope the sale of his home is the perfect ending to a cloudy chapter and the beginning of something great for the History Channel star.
