Piano Man Billy Joel Relists Oceanfront Florida Mansion for M

Music legend Billy Joel’s Manalapan, FL, beach home hasn’t exactly been on the market for the longest time. It’s bounced on and off the market, but the piano man probably isn’t feeling a ton of pressure to sell.

Joel purchased the nine-bedroom mansion and lot next door in South Florida in 2014 for $18.2 million. The estate then popped up last week in our look at the most expensive new listings in the country.

Apparently the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer originally listed the property last year for $29 million before pulling it from the market. It’s now back on tour with a $2 million price cut, according to Gossip Extra.

You may be right and we may be crazy, but this just might be the property you’re looking for. Listed for $27 million, you get a stunning Caribbean-influenced mansion with exposed beam ceilings, painted murals, and custom light fixtures. Every room offers a relaxed island vibe, due in large part to the seemingly endless number of windows with ocean views.
