‘Pitch Perfect’ Actors Anna Camp and Skylar Astin Selling Los Feliz Home

Once upon a time, married “Pitch Perfect” stars Anna Camp and Skylar Astin lived harmoniously together in a renovated 1920s Spanish Colonial house in Los Feliz, CA.

Now the couple has announced they’re in the midst of an amicable separation, and that they’re hoping for an equally amicable sale of their marital home. It’s on the market for $2,450,000.

Public records show they bought the 3,168-square-foot home for $1,980,000 in 2016, the year they were married. It was the perfect place for a couple of celebrity newlyweds.

“One of the reasons Anna and Skylar chose this property is the privacy and security it offers,” says co-listing agent Boni Bryant, who is partnering with Joe Reichling on the sale. Both agents are with Compass.

“Set behind tall cypress trees, thick eugenia hedges, and tall solid fencing, with a gorgeous antique wood gate, the home afforded them total privacy,” Bryant adds.

And the hip location of the abode didn’t hurt either. Located in the celeb-heavy Los Feliz neighborhood, the home is at the center of L.A. life.

“The proximity to Griffith Park as well as Hollywood and Los Feliz village was a real draw as well,” says Bryant.

The home is a mix of Old World elegance and New World style. It has the arched doorways, thick plaster walls, wood floors, Palladian windows, scrolling ironwork, and tiled roof that characterize these vintage ’20s-era homes.

“The Paladin French doors are amazing and let in sun, but also allow for wonderful views of the gardens,” says Bryant.

Those gardens also include a pool and spa. The oversized lot also accommodates a studio apartment above the two-car garage, for friends, family, or assistants.

There are four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in the home, and the master suite is a true standout. It features a spacious and chic new bathroom, a large walk-in closet, and French doors that lead to a patio overlooking the pool.

The family room is also impressive. It has floor-to-ceiling built-in bookshelves and leads to the renovated eat-in kitchen, which features new cabinetry, a Wolf range, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, and a large pantry.

All the rooms are surprisingly spacious. “The living room and adjacent family room are truly huge. It’s very rare to find this scale in other homes of this size anywhere in the area,” Bryant says.

While Camp and Astin are well-known for their roles in the “Pitch Perfect” film franchise, both have starred in many other TV shows and movies. Their one-time home hits all the right notes—they simply need a buyer to sing along.
