“Our house is a very, very fine house” is a famous lyric in a classic song written by two-time Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee Graham Nash. Now, the house Nash owns in Manhattan Beach, CA, is on the market for $2.8 million.

And it’s not just a single fine house—there are two solid structures on the property. The main house, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, has the feel of a mountain cabin nestled in California’s Big Sur area, notes listing agent Dennis Komick. The main house is 1,320 square feet.

The second structure on the property measures 850 square feet and includes a kitchenette and large bedroom with its own bath and shower.

The main house features hardwood floors, and butcher block counters in the kitchen, which opens to the living room. Both homes come furnished and have solar power, an incentive worth singing about for an environmentally conscious California buyer.

Nash holds the distinction of rising to fame with two different rock groups, The Hollies and then the trio that became a quartet, Crosby, Stills & Nash, which morphed into Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young.

Born in England, Nash became a U.S. citizen in 1978 and was inducted into the Hall of Fame for his work with Crosby, Stills & Nash and as a member of The Hollies.

The music legend seems to enjoy doing things in twos, so it only makes sense he’d be selling a property with two buildings on it. Any classic rock fan could reap twice the pleasure by buying this property and installing “Our House” as the doorbell’s tune.
