Scottie Pippen Lobs Yacht in With Sale of His Fort Lauderdale Mansion
Hall of Fame baller Scottie Pippen has cut the asking price for his estate in Fort Lauderdale, FL, to $10.9 million.
However, if you have a few extra million to spare, the Chicago Bulls great will toss in his 55-foot yacht for a total price of $12.5 million, the Los Angeles Times says.
His six-bedroom mansion has been on and off the market since 2009, when it was listed for $16 million, records show. The price was trimmed to $13.5 million n 2012, then $11.8 million in 2013.
Villa Del Lago, the Italianate-style home, sprawls over 13,500 square feet and includes six bedrooms, seven baths, and 215 feet of waterfront on the Stranahan River. The family room sports a beamed cathedral ceiling and sits off an open kitchen. Ornate pillars and moldings adorn the entryway and hallways, and a wrought-iron railing adorns a staircase to the master suite, which features a domed sitting area.
The property also includes a gym, media room, pool, basketball court, and putting green.
Pippen, 51, won six NBA titles when he played small forward for the Bulls in the 1990s. He was a seven-time NBA All-Star and the league’s All-Star Game MVP in 1994. He’s now in the midst of a contentious divorce from his wife, Larsa Pippen, who memorably appeared on “Real Housewives of Miami.”
