‘Scream Queens’ Star Billie Lourd Flipping Her Santa Monica Home
Billie Lourd, daughter of the late Carrie Fisher, is flipping out in Santa Monica, CA. The actress is selling a home she bought in May for $2.25 million, according to Variety. The new price? $2.4 million.
The 24-year-old star of “Scream Queens” is selling a farmhouse that was built in 1944 and radically renovated about 20 years ago. The cobalt blue 2,279-square-foot home, which is located in the Sunset Park neighborhood, features two en suite bedrooms and a total of three bathrooms.
The home’s main level includes a living room, bedroom suite, chef’s kitchen with gray cabinets, and den, which opens to the backyard and lap pool. The second floor features a master suite with fireplace and heated bath.
An attached two-car garage has a stainless-steel wet bar and glass doors that open to the backyard lounge with fire pit.
Lourd is the only daughter of Fisher and talent agent Bryan Lourd, granddaughter of film star Debbie Reynolds, and goddaughter of actress Meryl Streep. The young actress played Lieutenant Connix in “The Force Awakens,” the 2015 “Star Wars” sequel. She currently plays Chanel #3, a rich sorority girl in the Fox horror-comedy “Scream Queens.”
