Sean Combs Relists Luxe NYC Apartment for .5M
What’s up with Sean Combs‘ midtown Manhattan apartment? The man of many monikers can’t seem to find a buyer for the place—it’s bounced on and off the market for four years.
Is it too expensive? Perhaps it was. It was initially listed at $8.5 million in 2012, then it went down to $7 million in January. Now it’s back with another $500,000 trim, to $6.5 million.
Is it too high? It’s on the 66th floor of the Park Imperial, the exclusive nosebleed section for one-percenters who want to fly above it all. Luckily, it isn’t one of the apartments whose views are blocked by the new Extell Development tower on 57th Street.
Is it too big with 2,300 square feet? Nah, you can never have too many square feet in Manhattan.
Whatever the reason, the two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo is back on the market for $6.5 million, says The Real Deal, quoting the New York Observer. Combs bought the unit for $3.82 million in 2005.
The condo features floor-to-ceiling windows with Central Park and skyline views. It has high ceilings, wide-plank wood floors, and a master bathroom with heated floor.
