‘SNL’ Cast Member Aidy Bryant Buys M Apartment in Chelsea Co-op
“Saturday Night Live” funny girl Aidy Bryant has bought a one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op in the sprawling London Terrace complex in Manhattan’s artsy Chelsea neighborhood. Bryant and her significant other, comedy writer Conner O’Malley, coughed up just shy of $1 million for the 850-square-foot pad, according to Variety.
Bryant joined “SNL” in 2012 after performing with Chicago improv groups The Second City and Annoyance Theatre. She’s recently had gigs on HBO’s “Girls” and Louis C.K.’s web series “Horace and Pete.” O’Malley writes for “Late Night With Seth Myers.”
The couple’s cozy, new co-op boasts 9-foot beamed ceilings, coffee-colored oak floors, and a living room with two north-facing windows that open to the Empire State Building. The listing agent was Douglas Elliman broker Bruce Wayne Solomon, who offered no comment.
Variety says the couple had been renting a one-bedroom apartment in a nearby landmarked townhouse with two decorative fireplaces and a private terrace.
Now, they’re homeowners (our favorite people) in the sprawling London Terrace, one of Manhattan’s largest residential complexes with 1,700 apartments and encompassing the entire city block between West 23rd and 24th streets.
