The project, which is scheduled for completion in 2020, is being built by Sri Lankan real estate firm Blue Mountain, with Singaporean architectural firm Palmer & Turner. Interiors are being designed by Index Design of Singapore.

“Achilleon is an important milestone project for the Blue Mountain Group as it is of a substantial scale and will truly showcase our ability to deliver global levels of excellence in design, construction and property development,” said Blue Mountain Group Chairman Dr. Hiran Hettiarachchi, adding that 50 percent of the units have already been sold.

Hettiarachchi puts the healthy sales down to savvy investors recognising the potential for significant ROI, with up to 30 percent increase on unit price being predicted for two or three years time.
