“Today” news anchor Natalie Morales, who is moving to California this summer to explore new horizons for NBC, has finally put her Hoboken, NJ, brownstone on the market for $3.1 million.

The four-story home, only five minutes from the Hudson River waterfront, was built in 1901 but underwent a complete renovation in 2008. Measuring 3,600 square feet, it has five bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and three living rooms. Some eye-popping features include a curved staircase with mahogany handrail and three slate fireplace mantels. The property also offers a 600-square-foot garden patio.

Morales is leaving the Garden State for the Sunshine State to become the West Coast anchor for “Today.” The newly created role includes leading coverage of entertainment and other stories from the Left Coast. The popular personality will also host “Access Hollywood” at night and “Access Hollywood Live” during the day.

Morales says she and her family—husband Joe Rhodes, an investment banker, and two young sons—have “long talked about perhaps moving to the West Coast where the sun is always shining,” according to a “Today” release. “It’s going to be a good change of pace, a good lifestyle.”

And there’s other real estate gossip connected to Morales’ California relocation. The New York Post says “Today” staffers are battling over who will move into her coveted dressing room on the third floor of Studio 1A.
