Triple Threat: NBA Star David Lee Lists 3-Unit Condo in L.A. for .5M
NBA All-Star David Lee has listed his three-unit condo in West Hollywood’s storied Sierra Towers for a whopping $22.5 million, according to the Los Angeles Times. So that’s basically three units for the price of, well, three units.
The raw space measures 5,000 square feet and features “endless opportunities,” the listing states.
The “one of a kind” property is “the most exclusive residence that Sierra Towers has ever offered,” the listing adds. Paul Stukin of John Aaroe Group represents the listing.
The property comes with floor-to-ceiling windows with fantastic views of the Sunset Strip, Hollywood Hills, and Pacific Ocean.
Built in 1965, the Sierra Towers have been home to celebs, including Elton John, Lindsay Lohan, and Sandra Bullock. Building amenities include a fitness center, pool, 24/7 security and front desk staff, valet service, and secure parking.
Lee bought the property from a real estate investor in March, according to the Times, and spent the past six months reworking the floor plan to maximize light and views. Lee has permits for a three-bedroom open layout, though the buyer could go in a different design direction. The property also comes with five parking spaces.
Currently a free agent, Lee last played with the San Antonio Spurs during the 2016-17 season, and won an NBA championship with the Golden State Warriors in 2015.
