‘Vampire Diaries’ Star Kat Graham Selling Her Hollywood Hills Villa

As singer and actress Kat Graham bids farewell to the hit CW series “The Vampire Diaries,” which just wrapped its eighth and final season, she’s also bidding adieu to her gated retreat in the Hollywood Hills of Los Angeles. The 27-year-old has just put her Cahuenga Canyon compound on the market for $1.3 million.

Graham purchased the home in 2012 for $849,000, so she stands to clear a decent profit if she gets asking price.

Although it has only two bedrooms and two baths, the home measures 2,174 square feet and includes a meditation room, den, and recording studio. There’s also a tranquil stone courtyard with a fountain and bench.

The Spanish-style home was built in 1927 and has since been remodeled, with the original architecture intact. The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, along with vintage Spanish tile work. A nod to the home’s roots include a fireplace in the living room and vaulted ceilings with heavy wooden beams in many of the rooms.

Besides her star turn on “The Vampire Diaries,” Graham has guest-starred on a number of hit shows. She’s currently promoting her latest single, the pop dance number “All Your Love.”
