Warriors’ Jonas Jerebko Selling Lights-Out Michigan Manse for .7M
Golden State Warriors forward Jonas Jerebko is still trying to pass his mansion in Oakland Township, MI, to a new buyer. Currently listed for $2.7 million, the home made its debut on the market last August, with a price of $3.1 million.
Drafted by the Pistons in 2009, the Swedish-born baller bought the home from former Piston Ben Gordon for $2.2 million in 2016.
Described as a “smart home estate” in the listing details, the home was built in 2000 and features six bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, and a roomy 13,000 square feet.
Highlights of the custom construction include five-star upgrades like a marble foyer, a living room with double-height ceiling, private main suite, and plenty of room for entertaining friends—which comes in handy when many of them are oversize professional athletes.
Naturally, the home also features an indoor, regulation basketball court, which has probably hosted more than a few epic pickup games. Just off the court is an attached locker room with spa designed by builder Enzo Casadei. Overhead, spectators can hang out around the bar and take in picture-window views of the games below.
Afterward, guests can roam the large yard or take a dip in the pool or hot tub.
Jerebko was an important force for Golden State off the bench during the season and now in the playoffs, offering needed minutes to supplement the All-Star laden squad.
Perhaps there’s a current Pistons player (or incoming free agent?) who will eventually fall in love with the magnificent mansion. The house seems to be a lucky charm—just ask Jerebko.
