The Asia Property Awards made its Cambodia debut back in February. The ceremony, which was attended by more than 300 of the industry’s biggest names, was held at the Sofitel Phnom Penh Pokeetra and honoured the country’s best developers and developments, including Borey Penghuoth, The Olympia City Development Co Ltd, Urbanland Asia Investment Co Ltd and Rithy Sear, Chairman of Worldbridge Group, as Real Estate Personality of the Year, who was named Real Estate Personality of the Year.
