Growing up in Perth, Western Australia and of Malaysian decent, Desmond has often been travelling to South East Asia since young and more frequently from 2005. In his travels, he found a charming and vibrant city that is, Phnom Penh. After several holiday trips to Cambodia and falling in love with the city’s charm, friendliness of the locals and the potential to provide a positive impact in the community, Desmond decided to take the plunge, pick up stumps and move full time to Phnom Penh in 2012.
Having previously worked for two other real estate agencies and seeing a need to create a new level of professionalism in the market, he decided to open his own boutique real estate agency focusing on clients needs and to be a genuine, fair dinkum, honest agency.
Growing up in a real estate family, Desmond always has a passion and keen interest in property development and investment. Having several investment properties himself and an active property investor, Desmond has the in depth knowledge and experience to advise his clients the potential rewards and pitfalls of the property market.
